Prescott and Yuma awarded Bronze
Arizona communities currently enjoying BFC status are
- Gold — Tucson/East Pima Region, Scottsdale, Tempe
- Silver — Sedona, Flagstaff, Mesa
- Bronze — Chandler, Cottonwood, Gilbert, Phoenix, Prescott, Sierra Vista, Yuma
With these two communities added, over 51% of our state’s population lives in Bicycle Friendly Communities (2010 Census, so surely higher with more current population data).
