This one-day class is our Nations' premiere street bicycling program taught by instructors certified by the League of American Bicyclists. Learn the basics of bicycle and helmet fit. Learn state bicycle laws. Learn how to predict and prevent crashes, and how to bail out as a last resort! Learn how to operate your bicycle in a skillful and confident manner, in any traffic -- any time! This class is designed to be of value to new and veteran cyclists. [TS101WM]Traffic Skills 101 by & for Women w/Maintenance

Mar 20, 2010 (optional 2nd day: Mar 21)

Traffic Skills 101 taught by and for women only, as described above. A History of the Bicycle- A Woman’s Perspective is also presented. plus the optional second day program includes bike maintenance, flat repair and lubrication module.
